At Blushin Hair Company we are committed to providing you a 5 Star customer experience that doesn’t just stop at our products, but with our process as well.
ALL ORDERS require that your billing and shipping address match and a signature will be required
For Ready to ship wigs, and Bundles
Shipping is 2-3 business days (Mon-Fri between 10am-4pm) and Saturday 10am-1pm
Orders must be placed by 12:30 EST to ship out the same day. No shipping on Holidays.
Please be aware that delays can be expected with Shipping and processing times due to covid they can be longer than usual.
Shipping occurs once the processing period has completed
Once order is placed, it cannot be altered on website. You will have to contact us ASAP mstsburton@gmail.com
We are not responsible for STOLEN packages.
We are not responsible for lost products caused by USPS, UPS or FEDEX.
You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Please contact the post office to put in a claim for your lost/stolen package. After we have dropped the package off and its scanned we are no longer responsible. Your order will not be replaced and your package will come with a tracking number.
PLEASE MAKE SURE ADDRESS IS VALID.
If customers give the wrong address please contact us immediately using the email. Once the hair is shipped, we cannot alter the location unless USPS ships it back to us. You can always have your Hair shipped to a local USPS location for pick up. Contact mstsburton@gmail.com for address change.
All prices on our site are in US dollars. Your credit card company will bill you with your local currency at the current exchange rate.
Please note we only offer store credit for orders that have been processed and shipped. To receive credit for your exchange, the hair must be in the same condition as when you received it. For more information, please email us at mstsburton@gmail.com
