LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES 
 
We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Please contact the postal office to put in a claim for your lost or stolen package. After the package is dropped off at the post office and scanned, we are no longer responsible
Your order will not be replaced. 
All Packages come with a Tracking number. 
If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have your package held at your local USPS office.
 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY 

At this time we ship to the US and Canada only. Canadian orders do not qualify for free shipping.

All prices on our site are in US dollars. Your credit card company will bill you with your local currency at the current exchange rate.

All orders to Canada are shipped via DHL. Your order will arrive 20-25 business days after the order is placed. PLEASE EXPECT DELAYS DUE TO COVID 

When ordering outside of United States of America, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Ultimate Direction has no control over these charges, nor can Ultimate Direction predict what they may be.

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:

Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.

Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.

We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product AND COVID-19, refunds will not be issued. Wigs and Any Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer due to sanitation reasons. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
ANY ORDERS CANCELLED AND WE ARE NOT AT FAULT, THERE WILL BE A $150 RESTOCK FEE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ON ANY SALE OR DISCOUNTED UNITS OR ITEMS. 
Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items.

THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ON READY TO SHIP UNITS! IF YOU PURCHASE A READY TO SHIP UNIT AND ITS NOT THE CORRECT SIZE, WE CAN NOT REFUND YOU DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS PRODUCT.

To start a return, you can contact us at mstsburton@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If any texture or length you’ve selected is out of stock due to the pandemic I will reach out to you Via email and discuss other options. All wig turn arounds are 2-3 business days. Delays in shipping will also be affected due to Covid-19. If you are ordering for special occasions, please give yourself enough time. All units are made with mesh dome caps and constructed on a sewing machine. The knots will be bleached and units will be plucked and styled if requested.

*Wash hair every 2-3 weeks
*Cover your Virgin hair at night with a silk headscarf
*Always Comb Hair starting from the ends and work your way up to the wefts.


1. Brush hair before bed and before washing
3. Use an Organic and sulfate free shampoo. It’s important not to use a no sulfate shampoo to avoid drying the hair out.
4. Wash hair with warm water to avoid damaging the hair extensions, the cuticles and your scalp,  .
5.  Gently Wash the hair in a downward motion with the palms, of your hands, be sure not to scrub or bunch the hair together as this will cause open cuticles to rub and tangle.
6. Rinse between each wash, and wash only 1-2 times.
7. Add 2-3 drops of a natural oil - Almond or Coconut by gently applying it evenly over the hair, these oils will penetrate the cuticles and add moisture to hair extensions.
8. Let your hair air-dry, take 2-3 hours to wash and naturally dry your hair - Do not use heat as this will swell and dry your strands.
9. Apply a small amount of Argon, Almond or Coconut oil 2-3 times a week or when required. Argon oil is a great finishing oil for styling and frizz, however it’s a dry oil and does not moisturize the hair as well as Almond or Coconut.
10. For long lasting hair extensions, keep hair moisturized.
